Not the best news, (need a root canal) but they squeezed me in quickly and referred me to a very nice specialist, as well as prescribing the antibiotics that I needed in the meantime. Also, no blame/shame for being cash pay customer.

I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years and lots of bad experiences with other dentists, and I feel very cared for here. I have received great care from Dr. Julia, Dr. Mitch, and Dr. Jerry. In my opinion, what makes a good dentist is a combination of skill, competence, compassion, and kindness. You will definitely find these qualities in all of the dentists at this practice. Front desk staff are extremely helpful and caring, and they have promptly answered all of my questions and responded to my concerns appropriately and patiently. Overall, great experience here!

I felt as though they really cared about my oral cavity. They explained in detail the procedures I needed. I felt very comfortable and that I was in professional and experienced hands.

Extremely happy with the staff. I needed a portable X-Ray and they were able to bring it right to my chair. Very efficient appointment.

I had an unexpected dental issue and had not yet established East Towne as my new dentist. A brief phone call to transfer care, squeeze me in to a schedule, and facilitate getting documents form the previous dentist all went so well. They were able to see me quick and take care of the break in tooth and crown all at the same time and frequently checking in to make sure I was doing ok . The staff and provider did a great job of being professional And friendly and explaining things as we went and the up front staff did too. I am now an East Towne client!

Love this office and have been going for over 20 years. The hygienist (Tracy) is the best! Everyone from front office to the dentists are friendly and do everything to make you comfortable.

I have going here for years and there are not enough ways to say thank you to all the east towne dental associates! They do an amazing job by being genuine & friendly, professional and most importantly taking their time to clean my teeth! 😁 I had an emergency with my front tooth that chipped in half, they were quick to help for a temporary fix. Based off how well it looks now, I am confident my teeth will look as if no chip ever happened when they finish. Thank you to all the associates!

Our family has been with East Towne for more than a decade. We have had great experience with all the dentists (starting with Dr. Jerry), hygienists and staff, and are happy to be under their care.

Just got a crown on a chipped tooth. Dr. Mitch and his assistant Rachel did a fantastic job. In and out in less than two hours. No pain at all. Looks and feels great. Thanks!

Had a crown installed this morning. All done with one visit. Wow great experience. Even got to watch my crown being milled, on site. I found the staff, hygienists and Dr Jerry extremely attentive professional and prompt. Impressive!

As usual a very pleasant experience with Dr. Jerry, Danielle and the staff. Dr. Jerry’s has an extraordinary knowledge of sleep apnea and how to manage it with an oral appliance.
He made the needed adjustment in mine in only minutes and I now feel more secure in its performance while I’m sleeping.
