My first visit today. Front office very friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienist very kind , answered all my questions. Dr Julia explained treatment plan and gave me a few suggestions for my care. Overall I’m very pleased with East Towne Dental. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

I recently switched to East Towne Dental Associates after I read the very positive reviews online. I have been there two times and definitely plan to remain there. I am a senior citizen, and in all the years that I’ve required substantial dental work, I have never experienced such competent, efficient care, excellent communication, and happiness and comaraderie in the workplace. I was dreading the work that I needed and ended up thoroughly enjoying the 3+ hours of crown work that was recently completed. I highly recommend East Towne Dental Assoc.

Our family loves East Town Dental! Dr Jerry did all the ortho for my kids. They always look forward to seeing him. He’s a very personable doctor and it is very apparent that he loves what he does.
Dr. Julie is also great! She educated me on Botox for my TMJ which ended up being the relief I needed.
The patient care coordinators are upfront with dental work that is needed as well as providing good estimates on services.
Oh, and they always have good music playing overhead to distract me from the fact that people are digging in my mouth 😊

East Towne Dental has a friendly, efficient and professional staff such as Julie, administrative/ reception; Karen and GiGi, hygienists and of course Dr Mitch.

Been going to this dentist office for years. Great dental service + professionals working @ East Towne dental Mequon. Usually in and out in a reasonable time. The service I get is usually great. Although I live in a different town, I still prefer to travel 23 miles to get my dental work done. When you get good Svc somewhere it’s hard to find a closer new office to establish a new relationship.

Dental hygienist Tracy is very friendly and makes the experience more comfortable. Doctor Julia is very nice too and gentle when doing fillings.

Not the best news, (need a root canal) but they squeezed me in quickly and referred me to a very nice specialist, as well as prescribing the antibiotics that I needed in the meantime. Also, no blame/shame for being cash pay customer.

I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the years and lots of bad experiences with other dentists, and I feel very cared for here. I have received great care from Dr. Julia, Dr. Mitch, and Dr. Jerry. In my opinion, what makes a good dentist is a combination of skill, competence, compassion, and kindness. You will definitely find these qualities in all of the dentists at this practice. Front desk staff are extremely helpful and caring, and they have promptly answered all of my questions and responded to my concerns appropriately and patiently. Overall, great experience here!
