I always have a positive experience at East Towne Dental. It’s clear they work hard to put their patients first and provide respectful, considerate, individualized care. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists, the whole team is superb.

Great staff and wonderful service. They were able to get me in quickly when I was experiencing tooth pain. Top notch care in a clean and friendly office.

Short wait, prompt attention. Excellent skill in applying anesthesia. Having the crown milled immediately and not need a temporary crown and a second visit for permanent crown installation was really a great improvement.

I had a crown replacement today. My experience at East Towne Dental was excellent with Dr Jerry and Rachel….they explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and without any pain! The entire process took less than two hours!

Had my first crown put in and the team of Madison and Dr. Jerry are terrific. They scan and make the crown at the office! One visit and no pain.

Just had a second crown put it. Another pleasant and successful treatment. This time I watched how they scan my mouth, review and modify the image, and make the crown. The fit was spot on. Again…one visit to the clinic.

My visit was with dental hygienist Alex. This was the second time I've seen her, specifically, requesting that she do my cleaning. I find her friendly, professional, and she provided a clear assessment of my dental health. I'm pleased with the service she's provided.

Dr Jerry helped me set up an emergency visit to fix my crown after a fall…Dr Mitch glued it back in and both drs were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend Dr Jerry and Dr Mitch to anyone who needs a quality dentist who listens closely to the patient’s needs and who will come up with the best solution, as well as options.

Always professional and really listen. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now. I know I will get the best service and not be pushed into services I don't need. ❤

I was greeted by warm smiling faces when I arrived. I needed x-rays, which Dr. Jerry looked over. Unfortunately, I had three abscessed teeth that needed to come out. He applied the anesthetic where needed and very slowly and carefully removed the three teeth. I am completely and totally honest when I say that from beginning to end, I did not experience any pain whatsoever. I was in disbelief when he said we were done. Dr. Jerry and Rachel were compassionate and caring. I cannot thank them enough for a wonderful experience considering the circumstances.

Hygienist was on top of her game. Kind courteous and professional. Did her job quickly and efficiently and made helpful suggestions to enhance my dental health.
